2. Description of Service

Disco is a Discord bot that provides voice transcription, meeting management, and campaign tracking features.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have consent from all participants before recording voice conversations
• You are responsible for your use of the transcription data
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• You must not use the service for any illegal purpose

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Disco is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate transcriptions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
