1. Information We Collect

When you use Disco, we collect the following information:

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar
• Server (guild) information for servers where Disco is installed
• Text transcriptions of voice conversations when recording is active
• Usage data (meeting durations, feature usage)

2. Audio Data

We do NOT store raw audio data. Audio is streamed in real-time to our speech recognition provider (Deepgram) and immediately discarded. Only the resulting text transcriptions are stored.

3. Data Storage & Security

All transcript data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Data is stored on secure servers with access controls and monitoring.

4. Data Deletion

You can delete individual transcripts or all your data at any time from the dashboard. You can also request a complete data export.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
• Stripe — payment processing
• Discord — authentication and bot platform
